You have filled in the application form and you have your CV ready but did you know that its the first 30 seconds of an interview which is the most important time to make that first and lasting impression on your prospective employer. So here are a few tips and hints when you take your interview for your Job in Stratford upon Avon.

3.Double check the Date and the Time of the interview and the location of the company and make sure you know how long it takes to get there been late is NEVER a good start!

4.Be wise and learn the name and the position or the status of the person or persons who will be interviewing you.

5.Dress to impress wear a smart suit clean shoes groom your hair and remove any unnecessary jewellery.

The Interview.

1.As before you need to make a good first impression, making a bad impression can be a total disaster this is paramount a soon as you arrive at the company.

Dos and Donts.

Dos

Look your best a smart appearance is a professional appearance.

Always arrive on time

Make sure you introduce yourself clearly and courteously

Be assertive and be Confident and ask questions about the company and its operating structure.

A interview is a 2 way process, so you need to make sure that is this really the right Job and company for you.

Construct your answers properly and anticipate questions you may be asked.

At the end of the Interview thank the Interviewer.

Never be late, as before that’s not a good first impression.

Make out that you are not prepared to Travel

Don’ts

Have a limp handshake.

Don’t try to talk to much and generally just ramble on.

Lose attention and concentration.

Have Poor grammar and diction

Become aggressive.

If you follow these simple steps before and during the Interview then you would have prepared yourself for that Job that you always wanted and who knows be successful in gaining that all important position.
